We require a 50% deposit 14 days prior to workshop commencement to confirm and secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due upon workshop delivery.
If you need to cancel your workshop/event
If you want to cancel your group booking and it’s more than 14 days before the start date, we can offer a transfer to the same workshop on an alternative date. If cancellation is within 14 days of your workshop, we're afraid we are unable to offer a refund. We do appreciate that sometimes-unforeseen circumstances may mean that some of the participants can’t attend so we are happy for you to send along others to take their place. All communication regarding cancellations and/or changes need to be put in writing.
Our right to cancel a workshop/event
Should we need to cancel a workshop/event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation and offer you an alternative date. If a suitable date cannot be found for the workshop, your fee will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
Additional charge for long distance travel
For travel over 1hr, an additional fuel charge applies.
Additional cost for overnight stay
If long distance travel requires an overnight stay, we may request you to organise and pay for accommodation.
Photos and videos may be taken at our workshops/events. Please notify us at least 14 days prior to arrival, if you do not wish to have your images published or shared. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
